Team Sports Performance Training
What this package includes: 4-day training program incorporating plyometrics with an upper/lower body routine. These programs will be designed in 4-week cycles. We will take your team through this training 2x/week. We will instruct athletes and coach them up on proper technique, rest time, and how to benefit the most out of these training sessions. Your team will learn through hard work and what it takes to be the best. Our philosophy has always been to educate, demonstrate, and teach them what it takes to work hard.
