About Adult Fitness
Adult Fitness Class is taught by a certified strength and conditioning coach. This means that you are getting the best instruction by a coach who has the knowledge and coaching experience teaching and demonstrating the exercises in the class.
This class is programmed in 10 week cycles. 8 weeks will be devoted to strength training/plyometrics/circuit training/HIIT-Tabata workouts/Endurance work. No matter your age or limitations you have this class is for you! Our instructors will help accommodate or modify anything based on what you can handle.
Part of the description of this class is a self-controlled intensity/full-body workout in one hour. Meaning you set the pace on what you want to do during the class at for intensity. Each individual controls the amount of weight used on various lifts. The instructor controls the sets/reps during that month period. These sets/reps are manipulated each week during this 8 week cycle. The other two weeks in the 10 week cycle will be devoted to working on Corrective exercises, Range of Motion movements, Core and stability movements, Boxing and Kickboxing workouts, and Team Challenges led by the coach!
You will never walk into this class and get the same workout during the week if you come all three times. During this class we superset the exercises to get the highest calorie burn in an hour. The class goes through an extensive dynamic warm-up, then into light to moderate controlled plyometrics (getting the heart rate up), and then into all free weight exercises using dumbbells, barbells, stability balls, Bosu balls and resistant bands to burn up to 800 calories!!!
You will not find any class out there in North Iowa that offers you so much in one hour time period!

You will sweat during intense aerobic workouts including intervals on the treadmill or elliptical, kickboxing, circuit training, core training and much more. You will meet new people motivated to stay fit and healthy like you. And most of all you will have fun while reaping the benefits of an aerobic workout. Come join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings to start your day off right.
