Great progressions on Lateral movement drills for basketball players. When Ryland came to us, he had weak glutes and lacked ability to produce force through the ground. We’ve many drill like over the last year to help him move more efficiently.
Drill as follows:
- Lateral Skips x3 at 15 yds
- Lateral High Knees through mini hurdles (stick holds)
- Lateral High knee into Sprints x3 each
